Jonathan’s place is in a great location! Convenient to the beach, and lots of places in walking distance. It was not as clean as we expected, but we still enjoyed our stay. There was great communication from the host throughout our time there.

Fabulous location, wonderful space! Two balconies! West balcony faces the lake, perfect for sunset. You can hear the ocean from the East balcony and see a slice of the water. Clear instructions and fast communication. A great place to stay at the beach!

This place is okay. We had some issues with a non-working TV remote and broken kitchen utensils. We opened the pull out couch and the mattress pad was filthy. The kitchen pantry is empty except for salt/pepper and there is no soap provided in bathrooms

Great location! Just as described. The second bathroom was a split bathroom so be aware, the toilet and sink in one room and the shower in another small room. Walkable distance from many locations such as shopping and restaurants, and of course the beach.
