The huge master bedroom includes a king bed overlooking the condo's beautiful pool area. AND beach view through a large picture window. A TV, private bath, plus a full-sized, fold-out sleeper couch and lounging area give you all the room you need to comfortably relax.

The second master sports a large King bed, private bath and direct ocean view PLUS direct access to the condo's beachfront balcony; making the choice of master bedrooms a difficult one!

The 3rd bedroom includes 2 bunk beds that sleeps 4 (twin over twin)! Direct balcony access rounds out this awesome space and is a perfect place for the kids.

In the kitchen and living room; the nicely-decorated, open floor plan leaves plenty of space to spread out, but facilitates a relaxing environment that invites you to visit and catch up. The condo is equipped with a full kitchen, bar area & 6 place table for meal time.

A flat screen TV with cable is included in a living area that has plenty of comfy couches & chairs. There is direct balcony access right from the living room, making the morning cup of coffee, or evening drink all the more enjoyable.

Villa Capriani is a family friendly resort that offers tennis courts, four pools, two hot tubs, pool/ oceanfront snack bar, waterfalls, restaurant, and lounge.

The grounds are beautifully kept, making the (ridiculously!) short walk to the beach or poolside all the more enjoyable.Topsail Island is the perfect getaway. There's tons to do on those rainy days because you won't want to leave the beach on the sunny ones!
Beautiful Wilmington is a scant 40 miles to the south with plenty of things to do like Museums, Battleship North Carolina, Fort Fisher Aquarium, & Restaurants! Perfect to check out on a rainy down-day.

Condo was located very close to Sea View Pier for our family’s annual fishing trip. Lots of space for in-laws and kids. We enjoyed the ocean view, having an elevator and being close to many restaurants. Condo was clean and beds were comfy.

This location is wonderful. It’s maybe a two minute walk until you’re on the beach - if that. No stairs - just elevators. We only wished it was a bit warmer so we could’ve used the pools, which looked fantastic.

It was such a great place with such beautiful sunrise views. We throughly enjoyed our stay. I definitely recommend, it’s also kid friendly so that was a plus!
