Oceanfront! Book Your Summer Vacay!

The property has a great location and seemed to be clean and pretty much had everything we needed (cooking supplies, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards etc). The neighbors were also very quiet in the evening etc. However, the bathroom light stay on! It would not turn off and the light switch seemed broken. It was also a very large bulb that produced quite a bit of heat as well. It honestly looked like a 250W bulb. You could feel the heat it produced even into the small hallway and even with the bathroom door closed and the bedroom door (right next to the bathroom) closed you could still see light. We messaged the prop mgr/owner about it within 10 minutes of checking in and we were told that the maintenance person was having his fathers day dinner w/his family but would be out after that (totally understandable). Then we messaged late that night asking if he was still coming out bc it was actually late. We were told we were first on his list for Monday morning (totally fine). So, we checked out on Friday....having stayed Sunday - Friday. We checked w/them once more about it and got absolute silence. We might stay there again just maybe not this particular unit.

We stayed at the same Complex last year but the experience was nothing compared to this year.

This unit was exactly as pictured! The location was perfect and very peaceful. Loved the unobstructed view of the ocean and the steps right onto the beach from the building. Keep in mind, the listing mentions that you may not have beach at certain times due to high tides as this was correct! However, there are several public beach access points within minutes and we knew ahead of time to prepare for that, so this was not a problem. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen had just what we needed, and the bathroom was clean and stocked with plenty of towels! Unfortunately, the unit was missing several items that were listed amenities, such as a hair dryer (which was brought to me the morning after check in) and beach towels, so pack things you don't think you will need just in case! Overall, great stay and I would love to return someday!

The apartment was clean, and the photos were an accurate description of what the place looked like. The price for what you get seems high but average for the area. Not super clear that while we were on the beachfront, the tides were always high so we had to drive to get to beach access
