Great location and very family friendly. Easy walk to the beach; the pool was perfect; kids loved the park; the kitchen was well stocked; as advertised; and peaceful. We will be back.

The condo has everything we needed and was in a great location. We only stayed for a weekend and all wished we could stay longer.

Complex has a little age on it but it is kept up well. Unit updated nicely overall. Kitchen stocked nicely with everything you need. Nice area of the beach and the pool was good too.

This location is beyond perfect! The condo is just the right size and beautifully decorated. It was so comfortable staying here it truly felt like a home away from home. I will definitely return to Topsail Island.

This place was wonderful! It was was fully stocked with plates, cups, spices, beach toys, towels, etc. Carolina Stays would answer questions quickly and even helped provide suggestions for where we could see fireworks for 4th of July. Loved this place! My

Great weekend stay with my family. Perfect Location and size for my family. Just steps away from the beach. The Pool was amazing. I would recommend this to anyone. Communication was top notch. It made for a very easy stay. I will defiantly be coming back!

Our family had a lovely stay at North Topsail beach. The condo was as right on the water, making it beautiful and convenient. The condo was fully stocked with kitchen supplies, beach toys, books, and games. I would fully recommend.
