Very solid option for staying right at the beach, we had no problems and enjoyed our stay. You can walk to a couple restaurants too.

Loved the sights and sounds of the ocean from the balcony. Easy access to pool and ocean. Excellent communication. Wonderful sunrise view, and evening shade makes a nice refreshing opportunity. Clean and very comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We truly enjoyed our 3 nights at Topsail Dunes. The condo was exactly as stated. We were close to the beach and pool which was great for the kids. Nice to sit right outside the older and enjoy the ocean view and sound.

We loved our stay here! Everything matched the description and the location was perfect. We had everything we needed for cooking. Our garbage disposal was not working properly and they had someone come and fix it within an hour. The beach, pool, and parking lot are within close proximity and not overly crowded. Would 100% rent from them again.

Perfect location, quiet and beautiful. Easy access to beach easy access from parking lot to the condo. Condo has everything we needed! Comfortable bed and pillows and couldn’t have a better view, sunrise right from the bedroom!

My family of 4 stayed for 2 nights over Labor Day weekend. It’s the perfect location with just a 1 minute (if that) walk to the beach. Yes, the veranda overlooks the pool but you can still see the ocean on either side. Easy check-in and we’ll-informed check-out. We had a great time!

Complex has a little age on it but it is kept up well. Unit updated nicely overall. Kitchen stocked nicely with everything you need. Nice area of the beach and the pool was good too.

This location is beyond perfect! The condo is just the right size and beautifully decorated. It was so comfortable staying here it truly felt like a home away from home. I will definitely return to Topsail Island.

Great weekend stay with my family. Perfect Location and size for my family. Just steps away from the beach. The Pool was amazing. I would recommend this to anyone. Communication was top notch. It made for a very easy stay. I will defiantly be coming back!

Our family had a lovely stay at North Topsail beach. The condo was as right on the water, making it beautiful and convenient. The condo was fully stocked with kitchen supplies, beach toys, books, and games. I would fully recommend.
