We're steps from the beach (you can see the access from the house). AND we have a nice shaded patio, fire pit and huge yard to enjoy.
Come stay with us at Lucky Enough! Our downstairs duplex features 2 bedrooms and 1 bath ready for your relaxation.
Enjoy old Topsail before it's gone. Laid back beach time (but not too far from surf city!)
This is the spot for you!Lucky Enough is a quaint, old Topsail beach cottage. The floors may have a little sway from all the fun over the years, but we've tastefully decorated & made a truly amazing space for you to relax!
The master features a queen bed & tv with Roku. The 2nd bedroom has a set of bunk beds for the kids and the living room couch pulls out to a queen.
The kitchen is stocked & outfitted, while the bathroom has been tastefully remodeled to a shabby-chic beach-style oasis (check out the pictures!)
Don't forget to help us fill our shell wall! We've created a space between the living room and kitchen that needs to be filled with YOUR shells! Help us create memories and a beautiful space.
There's also a huge laundry room, good for storing beach toys and taking care of sandy clothes.
The beach a mere 350' away.
It's the perfect amazing space to enjoy a family vacation!Topsail Island is the perfect getaway. There's tons to do on those rainy days because you won't want to leave the beach on the sunny ones!
Beautiful Wilmington is a scant 40 miles to the south with plenty of things to do like Museums, Battleship North Carolina, Fort Fisher Aquarium & Restaurants! Perfect to check out on a rainy down-day.
Jacksonville is 20 miles to the north. We're close to LeJeune's south gate.Topsail Island is the perfect getaway. There's tons to do on those rainy days because you won't want to leave the beach on the sunny ones!

Simple relaxing beach house that is perfect for an easy beach visit. Being on the 1st floor, it is excellent for elderly or handicap access (1-2 stairs), but plan for the beach stairs. No need to bring children's toys as they have chairs and toys stocked.

Only has 5 chairs and 5 plates and 5 bowls even though it says suits 6 guests. Bring extra blankets especially if you’re using the pull out couch as a main bed for someone but it has great beach access

The place has been recently redecorated and looks fresh. If you want to hang out at the beach there’s a convenient entrance across the street. My Family had a great time and I highly suggest going to Topsail Island for a vacation without too many people.
