The condo we stayed in was okay. After all the fees and seeing the shape of the condo, I wouldn’t stay here again. We struggled with the value to cost. It was clean but very used. It clear that it’s always a short term rental unit.

You will NOT find a better location for the rate. It’s 4 minutes from everywhere on the island. If you are staying long term be aware the shipping/delivery address is on the backside of the unit 606 Carolina Beach Ave South. That came in handy for Amazon

The place was clean and a great price for the location and size!! We did hear noise above us but I knew that was possible from the reviews of other guests. Just wish the parents didn't let them take tap lessons, run laps and go bowling but it was raining

The condo itself was perfect. The kitchen is well stocked with pretty much everything you need to cook basic meals. The location is convenient to all local attractions. The beach is beautiful this time of year. We saw dolphins swimming right off shore.
