***Our listing states no pets but people seem to think that doesn't mean them. PLEASE don't ask. The no pet policy is firm!***Walk into a grand living room with comfy couches and lounge chairs & a 55 Roku smart tv. The well-stocked kitchen is right around the corner with a dining table that seats 8. Want to eat outside? There's a big back deck plus bigger back yard with grill and picnic table.
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and 32 Roku tv, it shares a full bathroom with bedroom 2 which also sleeps 2 in a queen bed with it's own TV.
On the other side of the house, bedroom 3 has a queen bed, it's own tv and the washer/dryer is located in the bedroom.
Bedroom 4 is a great bunk room for the kids and sleeps 4.South Topsail is an amazing, laid-back community that prides itself on it's beautiful beaches and family friendly atmosphere. There's tons to do on those rainy days because you won't want to leave the beach on the sunny ones! We're a hop, skip and a jump from the downtown/boardwalk area which has a part, shopping, restaurants and ice cream. We're also very close to the Jolly Roger pier and the missile museum. Surf City is a short drive away. Beautiful Wilmington is a scant 40 miles to the south with plenty of things to do like Museums, Battleship North Carolina, Fort Fisher Aquarium & Restaurants! Jacksonville is 20 miles to the north. We're close to LeJeune's south gate.

The place was great overall. It is very spacious and it is within walking distance to the beach. Our main attraction was Serenity Point and it is only about a 5 minute drive away. I would recommend this place for a large group.

This was the perfect weekend getaway for me and my 9 friends. Hosts easy to get ahold of, great communication. Plenty of space, comfy beds. It’s so close to the beach access, easy 3 minute walk. Would 100% come back again.

Cute place to stay- we had four kids and everyone slept super comfortably. There are units downstairs but you cant really hear anything from them. The walk to the beach is not even five minutes, maybe 1 or 2 minutes- which is awesome! Beach was beautiful,

Cute, clean and spacious home in a great location at S. Topsail. We loved being able to access the beach easily just across the street. We walked 2-3 blocks into the little town for coffee, ice cream, shopping and dining. Would definitely stay here again

The location of the unit was great. Just a short walk to the beach. Host was very responsive to messaging. The unit was basic but clean. Had plenty of room for our two families. The close proximity of the ocean was the best feature.
