One of the most spotless and cleanest places we've stayed!!!! So very close to the Beach Access!!!!!!!! In 3 minutes (for old people) you're on the sand!!!! Nice to be able to look at the ocean, although the power lines and a 4 story building blocked a portion of the view. Nice to be able to sit on the porch as well.... Did I say how clean it was!!!!!!

We had a great time in topsail. The condo was conveniently located to the public beach access and a short drive to restaurants and grocery / convenience shops. The condo was clean and well supplied. We enjoyed the the view from the deck.
