Downstairs, you'll find 3 more bedrooms including another queen bedroom and bunk room for the kids. Plus don't forget the primary master with amazing walk-in closet, designer bathroom and private screened in deck access.
The bottom floor has a nice tile foyer where sandy clothes and toys can be dealt with easily. There's also plenty of covered parking and driveway parking! A backyard.
