This new construction offers six balconies (each with breathtaking views), a dock, four bedrooms, three full, one half bath and one outside shower. All of the appliances in the fully outfitted kitchen are brand new!The spacious common area allows for feasting around a large table and a comfortable seating arrangement to relax in front of a 75'' TV, or simply enjoy the company of loved ones in the farmhouse coastal dcor.
Fishing off the pier, sunrise breakfast with ocean peeks, long beach walks and breathtaking sunsets over the sound can all be apart of your agenda while staying in this magnificent home.
If work and/or distance learning is a must during your stay, there is a designated space in the master suite to accommodate work related needs.
The first level is covered parking for up to three vehicles and there is an extended driveway. This is where the outside shower and the access to the dock are located.
On the second level is a bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom, TV and private balcony overlooking the sound. There is a second room with a queen bed and a TV. Adjacent is a room with a full-over-full bunk bed. These two rooms share a balcony. There is also a full bathroom with double sinks on this floor.
On the third floor is a beautiful and functional, updated kitchen with a balcony, perfect for sunrise breakfasts. The dining and living area easily accommodate a house full of people in comfort and style. A further dining and lounging area can be found on the balcony, off of the living room with breathtaking views of the Intercoastal Waterway.
The fourth floor is the master suite. Complete with a king bed, TV, full bath, work space, two balconies and a separate area with a twin-to-full day bed. The full bathroom includes a soaking tub, shower, double sink and separate toilet room.

We loved our weekend stay. The house was incredibly clean. Every where you looked there was a great view. It was perfect for a quiet weekend escape. We kept the screen doors open all night and fell fast asleep to the sounds of crickets and waves crashing

What a beautiful condo! Incredible views, easy walk to the beach and close to restaurants and bars. The space was described accurately and perfectly. We had a group of 9 girls and enjoyed an amazing girls weekend. Thank you!!

It’s a great house for a big family. It has great views from all floors.The shops and restaurants nearby are very good. If you like sweets then definitely check out the daybreak donut shop. It is very close to the beach. The beach itself is so beautiful.

Wonderful place to relax with family. The view from the rear porches is the best. Love the dock with Spanish Mac jumping all around. Next time I will bring a Kayak.

Great place! The private dock is great for fishing and crabbing. Sunset every night from any of the back balconies. For adults who might use the bunk beds, they are not very long so anyone near 6 feet may find them uncomfortable.

Beautiful house with great views. Quiet neighborhood and short walk to the beach. Layout of the house is great to give parents a getaway too! Kids rooms on the 1st level, and master on the 3rd level.

Awesome views, great location, and clean new place with fishing out back. My family enjoyed our first Topsail experience and this home was a big part of it. One small recommendation would be beach chairs and cart for guests. Overall a great home!
