This rental also offers the opportunity to access the Beech Mountain Club for amenities like golf, tennis, pickleball and a pool. A separate membership transfer fee of $300, not included in the nightly rental, is required. The serene setting and mesmerizing natural surroundings provide plenty of attractions and places of interest for you to visit.

Both Beech Mountain and Banner Elk offer skiing/snowboarding, snow tubing, eco-tourism, zip-lining, mountain biking, off-road ATVs, rafting, fly fishing, hiking, golf, fine dining, and shopping all at your fingertips.

It is highly recommended to bring a 4WD or AWD to access Beech Mountain. During winter months we highly suggest bringing snow chains to assist.

Very nice and private
This property is quite comfortable, well kept, and sits up on its own very large private lot immediately adjacent to the third hole of the golf course. There is a terrific front porch where you can sit. Have a meal, read a book, and watch the deer and other wildlife grazing and walking across the fairway. There are fireplaces in both the great room and one of the downstairs guest bedrooms. The master bedroom suite is large, comfortable, and has a very nice bath and shower. In addition to the front porch there is a rear deck with a gas grill looking out across a valley There is an outdoor fire pit with three large benches. This house sits up on a lot at least one acre in size with parking for six vehicles. A unique to and highly desirable location.
